The pandemic has created a lot of hurdles for most and we are not immune to these changes and hurdles. Unfortunately, due to record COVID cases in Vermont and the development of the Omicron variant, we have made the tough decision to cancel the in-person portion of Maple Conference Week. That's the bad news. The good news is we'll still be offering three days of engaging online sessions on Wednesday, December 8 - Friday, December 10. The schedule has been adjusted a bit to transition some of the in-person sessions (like the Industry Panel and the Proctor Update) to online. We have also made the online sessions free again this year!

Some important things to know if you have already registered for any part of the conference:

  • You are still registered for the online sessions you originally signed up for. If you signed up for a session that we have moved or changed to make room for sessions that were originally planned to be in-person, we'll send you a note.
  • We will refund any registration fees you already paid, starting early next week.
  • You will get an updated confirmation email from the "new and improved" registration system in a day or two. You will receive one email for each session you registered for, which will include the link to join the online session on your computer or using your phone.
  • If you would like to change your registration, you can do so online once you receive the registration confirmation.

We apologize for any inconvenience; this was certainly not our desired outcome. We are looking forward to seeing you online next week for some lively and engaging sessions with some amazing presenters!
